Role Objective
The Position Holder will effectively sell the products of the company in order to grow the Asset Under Management thereby increasing and sustaining income for the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify top sectors and players in each market/location.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and services.
- Source for new clients.
- Manage existing clients.
- Achieve individual sales target.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly market intelligence.
- Create awareness for the company's products and services.
- Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
- Provide report which comprises of marketing activities, client information, competition activity etc. to inform management decision
Key Requirements
- Candidate should possess any of OND / HND / BSc qualification in related discipline.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent English mastery (speaking/writing)
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Passionate, hungry, and eager to build FSDH AM into a world class institution.
- High professional and ethical standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and can easily adapt to change and re-prioritize.
