Role Objective


The Position Holder will effectively sell the products of the company in order to grow the Asset Under Management thereby increasing and sustaining income for the company. 


Responsibilities

  • Identify top sectors and players in each market/location.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Source for new clients.
  • Manage existing clients.
  • Achieve individual sales target.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly market intelligence.
  • Create awareness for the company's products and services.
  • Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
  • Provide report which comprises of marketing activities, client information, competition activity etc. to inform management decision

Key Requirements

  •  Candidate should possess any of OND / HND / BSc qualification in related discipline.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent English mastery (speaking/writing) 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate, hungry, and eager to build FSDH AM into a world class institution.
  • High professional and ethical standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and can easily adapt to change and re-prioritize.
