About The Operations & Strategy Associate Role

As an Operations and Strategy Associate at Perophs, you'll support our team in conducting in-depth market analysis and driving key strategic initiatives to support the commercial success of the business. In addition, you will support in implementing processes, optimizing and managing employee operations (including human resource processes and people operations). You will work closely with the Head of Operations and Strategy to build strategy and processes to drive business growth.


Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and high-performing Operations and Strategy Associate to help optimize our business operations and implement our strategy. You will aid the Head of Operations and Strategy on the following:

  • Designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategy and drive key initiatives, including human resources, marketing, and product strategy
  • Use performance management tools to set goals for teams, track progress and performance and provide feedback to the team
  • Establish practices that promote company culture and vision
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Prepare executive and management reports for senior management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and providing in-depth analysis
  • Support the CEO and Senior management in driving strategic partnerships (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances and fundraising activities)
  • Manage relationships with partners/ vendors

Requirements

  • BSc/ BA in a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IT/ Business Infrastructure
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set
  • High professional and ethical standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
